My journey began in Colombia and grew stronger in Florida, where I performed on music stages and worked in high-end restaurants, including Il Mulino New York Sunny Isles—renowned for its excellence and Forbes recognition.Over time, I stepped into leadership roles in restaurants and discovered that management—just like cooking and music—demands passion, discipline, and vision to create truly memorable experiences.Today, I lead YÜM Foods Miami, a project that blends creativity and flavor into unique culinary experiences. I also advise restaurants and cafés on optimizing operations, building strong teams, and developing concepts that authentically connect with their customers.
